It kinda work in a way where my game became full
But i have not recieved the bonus charm scrolls and theme that was with the preorder.
I tried the method with the training thing posted on fb.. But it didnt work for me

You should check your themes--I actually got mine as soon as I pre-ordered.

Ohhhhh hahaha youre right haha thanks and my bad i do have the theme. I thought i still had to dl it from the store.
I still have the problem with the charm scrolls though

You have to go to Train, select a character and then press the touchpad on Ps4 or select on Vita to go to the PlayStation Store DLC page. You can get the Lord's Set for free there. When you exit back to the game it will also download the preorder charm scrolls.

Without going into too much detail, I can assure you that Sony is aware of this issue and is actively working on resolving it. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience this issue is causing and I appreciate your patience as we work to address it. I hope you get to play Grand Kingdom soon; I'm really proud of this title and I want as many people to experience it as possible.
Yeah, well, that's just, like, your opinion, man.

Thanks, Dood. I'm glad to hear that Sony has acknowledged the problem, and is actually working to resolve it.

Got an email from sony which notify me, that sony will issue me a refund.
It a disappointment since buying the game now means i'm loosing the pre order discount & bonuses.

Also it seems like there were other ways to solve this issue. And act this way after 9 days made me feel like they didn't really care about the ones with this problem.

As for me. I won't buy grand kingdom in it current price. if anyone got a different solution frok sony/ nis america ,please update

I haven't received any email from them. If I receive a similar email though, I'm going to be extremely upset that this was their resolution after 2 full weeks of waiting.

Out of curiosity, did you email support about your issue? When I called them 2 weeks ago, the agent said the only thing they could do was refund my purchase, and as compensation for the inconvenience (sarcasm on my part here), they'd let me pay more (full price when I purchased it at a discount) for less (no pre-order bonuses). I told the guy not to touch anything, and that I would check with NISA to see if there was something they could about the problem. Sony support is really horrible.

Hi
I've talked with sony support on chat 3 times
Never asked for a refund. And weren't offered one.
In the last conversation with sony's agent i sent him sony forum thread regarding this issue

http://community.us.playstation.com/t5/ ... p/45827279

But he he told me they check it out and will notify me in 3-5 business days. Around a week later i got an email which told me they will refund my account in 1-2 business days. No discussion . no offer.Thats it
I also sent an email to nis america support 11 days ago (& a facebook post on their wall), haven't got a response till this day

Yeah, the only response I received on the Facebook page was the "restore licenses" recommendation. When I stated that the trick didn't work for me, I got nothing but silence. Same thing with contacting support--I received a confirmation email back on 6/23, but nothing after that. Honestly, this forum is about the furthest I've gotten in terms of the problem being addressed. It's going to be 3 weeks pretty soon though... and my interest is starting to fade. I may just call Sony and ask for a refund if they haven't fixed it by next week. It sucks because I try to support NISA by buying new, but it's getting to the point where I can probably find a used copy for less than I paid at pre-order, and I still haven't been able to enjoy the game. I know it's Sony's fault, but I don't get why they can't just honor the price I paid or simply unlock or give me a code for the full game. It's frustrating.

it may be sony's fault, but it doesn't look like nisa tried to do something about it
but i believe the reason for this issue, is that the demo and game contain the same data (both ~5GB), so the game distiguish the full/demo game using the license.
i guess since the pre order license was removed, it isn't able to get it

but anyhow, no one is taking responsibility for this issue (no nis/sony)
I don't think there is someone who is trying to fix it anymore, since none of us have heard an update regarding this.
and sony is giving a refund without an option to get the game at the same price you paid.
i'll wait for a sale before considering buying this game, because this is the least we can do as customers if we don't want to be ripped off

Well, today marks 3 weeks since the game released and I still don't have access to the game, which is just ridiculous, especially considering that absolute lack of updates or followup from NISA. No response from support after I emailed them, no response on their Facebook page, nothing on here for over two weeks, and Playstation support doesn't seem to know anything either. I contacted them yesterday just to see if there was anything being done, and all they would offer was a refund. I decided to wait just in case someone finally came through today, but no. This is extremely disappointing. Par for the course for Sony, but I really expected better from NISA. I guess I'll just take the refund, and maybe get the game used someday. NISA and Sony certainly don't deserve my money for this game at this point.

Hello everyone,

The issue that was preventing customers who preordered the digital version of Grand Kingdom from accessing the full version of the game should be resolved now. If you are still having issues accessing Grand Kingdom, please PM me.
Yeah, well, that's just, like, your opinion, man.

got a few days ago (at the 20th of july) a response from nis america support eventually

"Thank you for contacting us regarding this issue! Have you been able to launch the full game successfully since your original message? We had looked into the situation and resolved this issue for a number of users with a recent patch. Please let us know if you are currently experiencing this issue so that we may look into the matter further."

i already got a refund a few weeks ago so it isn't relevant for me
but hope the issue was for solved for Boero and anyone else

Just want to reiterate that I still can't access my digital pre-order version of Grand Kingdom.

I don't want to cause controversy, and I did contact The Dood Abides two weeks ago in response to their last reply in this thread, but I think it's important that I state publicly that the problem isn't fixed yet.

So it's been exactly four months. The license for the Grand Kingdom Pre Order still can't be restored. Is this still being investigated with Sony?

So we're at half a year now, since the game released. Still can't restore the license for the pre-order version of the game.
