Here, you can take a bath in waters that give you a variety of effects that manifest in layers. Some of these effects include boosting the amount of EXP acquired, and raising or lowering your max HP. Bathing before investigating a layer is sure to help you out.
You may find mysterious items—OOPArts—inside layers, but you can't use them as is. Bring them here to get appraised. You will then gain information about them, allowing you to use them as weapons, armor, or decorative items. You can also strengthen your equipment here. When strengthening items, the results can be "great success," "success," or "failure." The success rate will increase if you are using the same type of items.
