"Penny-Punching Princess" is a Beat 'em Up where the concept of the game is "Money can solve all your problems." You can bribe your way past enemies, traps, and even some boss-level opponents with the power of money in order to clear the stages.

As long as you have money, even GAME OVERs can be reversed...!

◆ Take down the corrupt money-lenders! It's the story of a princess without a country who lost everything because of her father's debt.
The main character is a country-less princess whose kingdom was destroyed by a corrupt money-lending corporation.
In this capitalist society, the concept that "Money is Power" has been taken too far. She holds a calculator in one hand and uses the power of money to exact revenge on the evil money-lending corporation, the Dragoloan family.

◆ Control two different characters! Defeat enemies and earn money!
You start with 0 G at the beginning of the stage.
The player can choose between the princess and the other playable character, Isabella, and use their attack actions to destroy their enemies.

◆ Princess
A character that mainly uses close-combat attacks to knock out enemies with her fists.
You can deal quick combo attacks such as jabs, hooks, and jump kicks by mashing the button.
Only the princess can use a certain system of the calculator (Coin Miracle).

◆ Isabella
A character that uses her own bones and organs to deal tricky attacks.
Though she can't make use of the calculator game system, the reach of her attacks are much longer, and she can also use drain (heal) with her bite attack.
Instead of using the calculator, she bribes enemies with "money skulls."

◆ Use "Combos" and "BREAK" to earn money!
When defeating enemies to acquire money, you can acquire even more money by dealing combo attacks or "touching" enemies who are in the BREAK condition (immobile) after taking a lot of damage.
Basically, the more money you have, the greater advantage you'll have, so make sure you play in a way that you can get as much money as possible when defeating enemies.

◆ Use the calculator's touch controls!
The princess can use the "calculator" to trigger special systems such as "bribe" and "coin miracle."
When using the calculator, it will be displayed on the screen, and you can use the Nintendo Switch™ or PS Vita's touchscreen to interact with it.

If you don't put in enough, the system won't trigger, but try to avoid paying too much money.
You defeat foes with normal attacks, or with the "calculator's elegant judgment."
*The calculator can only be used by the princess.

◆ Use the calculator to bribe enemies and troublesome relics (traps)!
The calculator is instrumental for progressing through the game.
Stages are full of various enemies and relics (traps), and there are many situations that are hard to overcome through normal actions.
During these times, bring up the calculator screen and enter the amount on the "price tag" that's displayed above the enemy or relic to "bribe" them.

Bribed enemies and relics will become your "servants." You can even make boss-level enemies your allies.
If you use bribing well, you can clear even the most difficult stages.

◆ With the power of money, even GAME OVERs can be reversed!
During the game, in addition to "bribing," you can enter an amount of money into the calculator to summon the God of Money, Zenigami, in order to pull out an upset win with a "miracle." There are various miracles that the God of Money can bring about. Among those are raining meteors down on the enemies, making the princess giant, or reversing your GAME OVER. You can use the power of money to solve all your problems.

The more money you invest in Coin Miracles, the stronger the miracle will be. So if you're in a pinch, overcome the odds by entering a great amount.

◆ Strengthen equipment and skills at the base! Bribed enemies become your citizens!
The princess and Isabella use the kingdom they're rebuilding as their base between stages.
At the kingdom, you can create new armor to equip at the Workshop, or strengthen the girls' skills at the Training Center.

Also, the enemies you bribed during the battle stages become your citizens, and will help the princess in her fight.
In order to use some facilities, you will need to have a certain amount of citizens and bribed relics.

◆ Creating Armor
Use the strength of your citizens and bribed relics in order to make new armor.
Each armor has different citizen and relic requirements, so it's important to bribe as many enemies and relics as you can on the battle stages.

◆ 78 Hidden Skills Within the Armor
By equipping armor, the princess can use the specific "Hidden Skills" of the armor itself.
Skill use is limited, but they have powerful effects.
When you acquire new armor, check what kind of Hidden Skills it has.

◆ Creating Zenigami Statues
You can also use the power of your citizens and bribed relics to create Zenigami Statues.
By creating Zenigami Statues, you will be blessed with "skill points," which are necessary for strengthening the princess and Isabella.

◆ Skill Update
Use the "skill points" that you acquire from the stages or Zenigami Statues that you create to strengthen the princess and Isabella.
Start by strengthening simple stats, like HP and ATK. You can also strengthen skills that increase the amount of money enemies drop, or widen the area of your attacks.

By updating your skills, you can make it easier to earn money, and also increase the scale of your actions.
